Refund policy

  • In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 20 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

 

  • Once an order is placed if you wish to cancel the order please inform to us via the hotline or our social media pages mentioning the reason for the cancellation.

 

  • We usually deliver within 5-8 working days of placement of the order. For orders with multiple items and different delivery times, the longest delivery time applies.

 

  • You can inform us within 7 days of receiving the parcel by writing to us at magscollectionsonline@gmail.com
    that the items are securely packed and handed to our pick-up person.

 

  • Please do take care that you pack items securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and with all original packaging (tags etc.). For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.

 

  • Once your return is received by us, the refund is subject to your return having met the requirements of being undamaged and dispatched by you within 7 days

 

  • Please note that any item purchased through sales / promotions will not be exchanged or returned. 

 

  • If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
